Air Chief Marshal Sir Stephen Dalton GCB, DDL(Hon), DSc(Hon), BSc, FRAeS, CCMI was Sworn In as the new Lieutenant-Governor of Jersey in the Royal Court. A Service of thanksgiving and dedication followed in the Town Church, and a reception at the Old Library, Royal Court House, St Helier.
