His Excellency and Lady Kyd were delighted to see Ruth Smith MBE at the Carers Jersey Lunch which took place in the Marquee at Government House.
Last Wednesday Ruth attended her investiture at Windsor Castle, her MBE was presented to her by HRH Prince of Wales.
